Hanover is seeking a talented Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our brokerage division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing tailored insurance solutions, and staying on top of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships as the primary insurance contact, attending meetings to assess and address their current and future insurance needs.
  • Deliver expert advice, clearly explaining policy terms and ensuring clients fully understand their coverage.
  • Proactively manage renewals, promote additional coverage options, and pursue new business opportunities through networking and partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market changes to offer clients the best advice.
  • Ensure all activities meet FCA guidelines and regulatory requirements, maintaining ongoing CPD and mandatory training.
  • Documentation: Accurately prepare proposals, reports, and handle financial transactions, ensuring detailed records and adherence to processes.

Must Have Experience:

  • Proven track record in client-facing roles, preferably in brokerage.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate insurance products and the UK market.
  • Experience building and maintaining a sales pipeline.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
