Job Title: Training Manager (Mobile)

Job Summary: Blue Arrow is seeking a highly skilled Training Manager (Mobile) to join their team. As a Training Manager (Mobile), you will be responsible for delivering technical training across the full portfolio of company brands and products, including boilers, controls, and renewable technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive current and future product sales by delivering technical training.
  • Follow industry and business health and safety processes.
  • Assume responsibility for Centres of Excellence, ensuring sites are maintained to a premium standard.
  • Monitor and input suggestions for tools within each Centre of Excellence.
  • Continually review and recommend changes and improvements to existing course content and materials.
  • Ensure effective delivery of internal training programmes to staff and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Training Manager or similar is essential.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of heating and system technologies is required.
  • Experience in delivery of high-quality, technical training with commercial awareness and customer experience focused.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills are essential, along with strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
