Training and Development Lead

Become a part of Blue Arrow - Derby’s team as a Training and Development Lead to drive technical training across the full portfolio of company brands and products.
About the Role:
- Deliver technical training to enhance product sales.
- Ensure compliance with industry and business health and safety processes.
- Maintain Centres of Excellence to a premium standard.
- Monitor and manage tools and equipment.
- Review and recommend changes to course content and materials.
- Deliver internal training programs and attend company events.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Training Manager or similar.
- Excellent technical knowledge of heating and system technologies.
- Commercial awareness and customer experience.
- Industry training as required by the business.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Possession for innovation in training methodology.
