Lodge Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our homeowners, ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the lodge, including organizing events and activities for homeowners
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate the maintenance of the property, including scheduling repairs and maintenance tasks
- Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that work is completed to a high standard
- Conduct health and safety checks, ensuring that the lodge is a safe and secure environment for homeowners
- Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, understanding their needs and preferences
- Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure that the lodge is operating in line with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retirement living or social housing setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with homeowners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
