Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all aspects of the development are well-maintained and secure.
- Provide a first-class service to Home Owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Organise and coordinate events and activities for Home Owners, ensuring that they are enjoyable and engaging.
- Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
- Conduct health and safety checks, ensuring that the development is safe and secure for all residents.
- Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure that the development is running smoothly and that all aspects of the business are being managed effectively.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Home Owners and other stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
