Job Summary

This role is ideal for an individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of the reception desk, maintaining a high level of customer service, and adhering to all relevant legislation and company procedures.

Main Duties

  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Legislation and Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant legislation, including LCCP and AML regulations, and adhere to company procedures in relation to Health & Safety and security.
  3. Challenge 21 (25) Procedures: Ensure strict compliance with Challenge 21 (25) procedures to prevent underage customers from accessing the casino.
  4. Phone Calls and Messages: Handle all phone calls in a professional and customer-focused manner, taking and relaying messages effectively.
  5. Database Maintenance: Maintain the Neon members database accurately and up-to-date, adhering to AML Regulations, GDPR, and Data Protection Legislation.
  6. Club Facilities and Promotions: Explain and actively promote all club facilities and promotional activities.
  7. Personal Development: Seek opportunities for personal development within the business.

Person Specification

  1. Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  2. Must be willing to work varied shifts and follow instruction.
  3. Good communication skills are essential.
  4. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred, but not essential.
