About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Bourton-on-the-Water Leisure Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers while they enjoy our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest levels of service are achieved for our customers through offering a friendly, clean, and safe environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the leisure centre by promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
  • NPLQ qualification (training can be provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Passion for the leisure industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
