Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lifeguard to join our team at our leisure centre. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers, while also providing a high level of service and support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest levels of service are achieved for our customers through offering a friendly, clean, and safe environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and safe facility, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers.
  • Contribute to the overall success of our team, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Requirements

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or willingness to obtain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, and to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
