About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Bourton-on-the-Water Leisure Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest levels of service are achieved for our customers through offering a friendly, clean, and safe environment.
  • Relate to customers of all ages and abilities, and work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Develop strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Work flexibly and understand instructions from managers.
  • Demonstrate a passion and energy for the leisure industry.
