About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Bourton-on-the-Water Leisure Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest levels of service are achieved for our customers through offering a friendly, clean, and safe environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the leisure centre by identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • NPLQ qualification (training can be provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
