About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lifeguard to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers and staff while using our facilities.

As a Lifeguard, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the pool area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety of customers and staff while using the pool facilities
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool area
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a calm and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the pool facilities
Requirements
  • NPLQ qualification (training can be provided)
  • Ability to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented approach and ability to work across organization boundaries
  • Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry
