">VANRATH is seeking an experienced Corporate Financial Assistant to join our team in Belfast, Northern Ireland. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Finance in developing and implementing effective financial processes across the company.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Process Development: Work closely with the Head of Finance to develop and implement new financial processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective.
- Process Standardisation: Standardise financial processes across the company, eliminating duplication and improving overall efficiency.
- Compliance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and review company policies to ensure compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external bodies to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Annual Audit Support: Assist with the annual audit process, providing accurate and timely information to ensure a smooth audit.
- Regulatory Filings: Complete regulatory filings such as VAT and CIS, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

About You:
- Part-qualified Assistan Accountant (Practice or industry) qualification.
- Excellent IT skills, advanced Excel.

- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and problem-solving oriented.
