Financial Administrator Assistant
Hayward Hawk is a dynamic company based in North Belfast, and we are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations, including sales and purchase ledger management, customer service, and banking duties. If you have experience in accounting and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

In this role, you will assist in the preparation of accounts, perform credit control duties, and deal with customer and supplier queries. You will also be responsible for:
  • Managing sales and purchase ledger processes
  • Dealing effectively with customers and suppliers
  • Assisting with credit control duties
  • Preparation of accounts


As a Financial Administrator Assistant, you will be expected to:
  • Have at least 1 year's experience in an accounting or related field
  • Be able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills


The salary for this role is approximately £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, and you will enjoy a range of benefits, including 29 days' holiday per year and flexible working hours.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 1 year's experience in an accounting or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
