We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administration Assistant to join our Private Property team in Lydney, supporting a busy team of fee earners who serve clients through various residential property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage deadlines, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Develop strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders;
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to fee earners, ensuring seamless communication with clients;
  • Maintain high levels of organisation, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines;
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in a client-facing environment;
  • Strong organisational skills, effective communication, and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems;
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.

Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with benefits including private medical insurance, dental insurance, and health checks.
