Key Responsibilities- Support the Communications and Engagement Specialist and the wider communications team in the delivery of all communications.
- Assist in the provision of communications resources, including the development and collation of materials.
- Monitor media in local and national press and provide summaries to the wider team.
- Maintain media and stakeholder databases.
- Undertake action notes at meetings and track actions.
- Answer the departmental telephone in a professional and courteous manner.
- Act as a guardian for the NHS and Trust brand guidelines.
- Capture imagery and video, and log filming and photography consent documentation.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and enhance your own personal and professional skills and competences.
- GCSE A*- C in English Language or equivalent.
- GCSE A*- C or equivalent in Mathematics.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to obtain, analyse, interpret and communicate complex information rapidly and successfully.
- Professional attitude when dealing with internal and external audiences.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to working within the healthcare setting.
