About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Communications Department as a Communications Assistant Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of all communications across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
As a Communications Assistant Apprentice, you will assist and support the Communications and Engagement Specialist and the wider communications team in the delivery of all communications. This will include supporting external and internal communications activities, maintaining the photo library, distribution lists, and contact databases, and responding to correspondence.
Key Skills and Qualities
We are looking for an individual with good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to obtain, analyze, interpret, and communicate complex information rapidly and successfully. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
