We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Newcastle & Stoke. As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
