Job Title: Executive Assistant to a High-Profile CEO

Central London

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide confidential support to a high-profile CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling personal correspondence. They will also be required to work closely with the corporate EA and team to ensure seamless support.

The role will be part-time (16 hours per week) and on a fixed-term contract of 6 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. The ideal candidate will be in a commutable distance from West London and have experience working in international environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's schedule and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Handle personal correspondence and ensure confidentiality
  • Work closely with the corporate EA and team to ensure seamless support
  • Assist with personal shopping and errand running
  • Manage properties abroad and coordinate with professional services

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years' experience as an assistant, preferably supporting personally
  • Happy to work flexibly across time zones and weekends when necessary
  • Proactive and able to work at a fast pace
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
