Retail Team Lead

We are currently seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team at Alexander Barracks and Elizabeth Barracks, Pirbright, Surrey, GU24 0QQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the receiving and processing of merchandise, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Assign and oversee daily tasks, maintaining high standards of customer service and productivity.
- Handle the storage and organization of merchandise, ensuring efficient use of space and optimal sales opportunities.
- Verify accurate pricing and labeling of products on the sales floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Participate in special projects, such as holiday events and promotions, to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Communicate effectively with the manager to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Ability to use technology, including the Micros Point of Service (POS) system.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Successful candidates must undergo an enhanced DBS check and be eligible to work in the UK.
