Your Responsibilities
  • Manage various tasks efficiently within a fast-paced retail setting, fostering a dynamic and productive atmosphere.
  • Lead your team effectively during assigned shifts, organizing and coordinating efforts to maintain a well-stocked and customer-ready store.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
  • Enhance service quality by providing guidance and constructive feedback to colleagues, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Supervise team members, creating a safe and secure environment for both employees and customers.
  • Stay informed about store performance and collaborate with management in implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, setting high standards of professionalism and teamwork for your colleagues to follow.
Our Commitment

We offer a competitive starting wage of £14.28 per hour, with an increase to £15.41 for stores located within the M25. Additional payments may be available based on location and skills. We are committed to providing our team members with a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. However, we also understand that individual needs vary, and we offer flexible scheduling options for those who prefer to work fewer hours (minimum of 12).
