Job Description: We are seeking an Estate Management Specialist to join our team at Morepeople 01780. As a key member of our rural property development team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day estate management activities, including diversified estate range, recent projects, general estate management, and develop diversification ideas.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities across East Anglia's diverse rural estate portfolio
• Managing day-to-day estate management activities, including general estate management, diversification ideas, and strategic collaboration
• Developing diversification ideas, preparing digital plans, and implementing new projects
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality results

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary, £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include autonomous work, initiative, sales opportunities, and team development.
