At Amazon, we're committed to being the most customer-centric company on earth. Our success relies on talented and driven individuals who can drive business growth and mitigate staffing risks through data-driven insights and science models.

We're looking for a Programme Manager to join our Intelligent Talent Acquisition (ITA) org, which is part of the People eXperience and Talent (PXT) organization. This includes supporting hiring for 200K+ associates yearly and managing close to $10M in financial incentives. You will also generate business-facing reports, including WBRs, and insights and narratives for OLT Flash.
