Purchasing Ledger Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized and meticulous individual to join our finance team as a Purchase Ledger Assistant.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in finance operations, working closely with the finance team to ensure smooth and accurate management of our purchase ledger.
About the Job:
- Processing supplier invoices and matching them to purchase orders.
- Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies.
- Preparing payment runs and maintaining accurate financial records.
Your Skills and Experience:
- A background in finance operations, with a good understanding of internal controls and procedures.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and ideally experienced with SAGE X3.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with finance and non-finance colleagues.
