Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at RG Consultancy, a well-established Company based in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to expand their skill set further.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Issuing purchase orders and logging invoices
  • Matching purchase orders to invoices and coding them accordingly
  • Obtaining approval for all invoices from Asset Managers
  • Writing cheques, posting payments on the system, and printing remittances
  • Filing all invoices and maintaining accurate records

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Great communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Experience in MS Excel and strong analytical skills

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:

  • 25 days holiday per annum, rising with service
  • Working hours of 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
