Financial Operations Coordinator

Agility Resourcing is a rapidly expanding organisation in the North West of England, seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team. This full-time position involves maintaining sales ledger accounts, preparing monthly fee invoices and managing direct debit payments. Additional responsibilities include credit control, purchase ledger management, bank reconciliation, staff expenses and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent Excel skills and experience with Sage 50. A highly competitive salary of £18,000 - £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience, is offered for this exciting opportunity.
About the Role:
- Maintaining Sales Ledger Accounts: preparation of monthly fee invoices and direct debit payments
- Credit Control: reporting against aged debtors, liaison with other departments to achieve cash collections targets
- Maintaining Purchase Ledger Accounts: collation of monthly overhead invoices, nominal coding, distribution for authorisation, preparation of payments/allocations
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Bank Reconciliation's
- Staff expenses: reconciling, authorisation, payments
- Monthly management accounts and audit
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with Sage 50
