Role Overview:
A Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner is required to join our team at AWD online. This role involves working as part of the Criminal Justice and Secure Care Team at HMP Northumberland, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health support to individuals.

About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Professional who has a postgraduate qualification in Psychological Therapies (IAPT) and PWP accreditation. As a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, you will be working closely with our team to deliver excellent care and support services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a supervisory role and be confident in their ability to lead and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality mental health support to individuals in a secure environment
* Work closely with the team to develop and implement effective care plans
* Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff members
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
