We are Mental Health Matters, a national charity dedicated to delivering high-quality mental health services. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate High Intensity Psychological Therapist to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving mental health outcomes.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for providing high-intensity interventions, primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to individuals with complex anxiety and depression-related problems. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for service users.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Clinical qualification in CBT or related field.
  • Proven experience in providing high-intensity interventions to individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of referrals.
