About the Job:

You will be responsible for providing high-intensity interventions, primarily Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to individuals with complex anxiety and depression-related problems. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality interventions, including CBT, to individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
