About the Role

Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

Samuel Frank is seeking a highly skilled Requirements Engineer to join our Staffordshire-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a specialist engineering company, with high calibre Engineering teams and opportunities for progression.

The ideal candidate will have a Degree qualification in an Electrical or Controls related subject, and experience working as a Requirements Engineer in a highly regulated industry. You will need to be able to collect, process and interpret data and information, and have strong written English skills.

The role involves managing clients effectively and communicating clearly with internal stakeholders. You will also be required to keep up to date with latest legislation updates and changes, and be able to suggest and advise on imminent changes.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary, plus benefits including 30 days holiday per year, plus statutory Bank Holidays, and a bonus scheme. We also encourage staff to achieve Chartered status/MSc qualifications, etc.
