Job Summary:
Nicholas Clarke Associates is seeking an experienced Engineering Development Manager to join our team in Staffordshire. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovation and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop existing business relationships with key customers and suppliers* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and innovative product development* Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability* Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth and progress

Requirements:
A degree in a relevant field such as engineering or business is required. You should have a proven track record of success in business development and be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The estimated salary for this position is £42,500 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
