Desktop Support Role

CME Technology Support Services Ltd is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our Desktop Support team in Belfast. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for end-user requests related to desktop hardware, software, telecom, mobile devices, and video conferencing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of desktop hardware and software systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
  • Participate in hardware-based projects, including department moves and hardware refreshes.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as inventory control and asset tracking.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a demanding and busy working environment.
  • Quick learning skills, with the ability to master new business, technical, and process-oriented concepts.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with users at all levels.
  • Google Workspace and Apple MAC working knowledge desirable.
  • Ability to self-learn about new technologies.
