Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations Administrator to join our East of England network team. As a key member of our fleet administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to facilitate the smooth operation of our fleet activities.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams. You will also have experience in using office systems, processing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
This is a permanent position based in one of our East of England offices, working 37 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary range of £25,104 - £29,532 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities- Resolving enquiries from internal and external parties
- Compiling information to support management reports
- Organizing meetings and taking minutes as required
- Providing administrative support to the fleet team
- GCSE English and Maths qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Able to work on own initiative and be proactive
