About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at Elliot Marsh. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement business strategies, including market analysis and competitor research.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion through sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including market analysis, competitor research, and sales strategy development.
