Contract and Grant Management Specialist

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Contract and Grant Management Specialist to join our team. This is a temporary, 2-3 month role with an estimated salary of £24,000 - £29,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of contracting and grant-making processes, as well as experience in maintaining systems within contract management or administration. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities- Monitor programme progress against key deadlines and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective record-keeping systems, ensuring quality and consistency in team documentation.
- Provide expert advice on contracting and grant-making processes, supporting the DASA Contract Performance Team in their duties.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management or administration.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
