About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Grant Management Specialist to join our team at the Royal Society. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the Grant Operations team, ensuring that our grants schemes and programmes are delivered effectively.

This role involves working closely with the Grants team, IT team, and service providers to manage systems and data quality. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the day-to-day management of systems, including Flexi-Grant and the CRM.
  2. Ensuring data accuracy, up-to-dateness, and compliance with data retention policies.
  3. Collaborating with colleagues to improve grant management processes.
