Control and Automation Expert

We are seeking a skilled Control and Automation Expert to join our team at GPS Ltd in Bristol. As a specialist control and automation manufacturer and systems integrator, you will work alongside an experienced team delivering control system solutions into industrial and regulated utility sectors.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead projects from scoping and detailed design to implementation, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards while focusing on low-carbon solutions.

You will collaborate with clients to discuss specific intervention requirements and conduct intrusive electrical and ICA site surveys to identify suitable solutions for complex problems.

This role requires a Degree/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, knowledge of British and European design standards, and a proven track record as an Electrical Engineer in both design office and construction environments within the Water (or related Process) Industry.

Salary

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
