Warehouse Operations Manager

As a key member of the Redwood Search team, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse-related activities, ensuring seamless operations, and driving excellence in inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Warehouse Operations: Plan, coordinate, and control all warehouse processes to guarantee timely product delivery, maintaining high standards of stock packaging and customer packaging.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the warehouse team, setting training plans, ensuring correct induction and onboarding, and promoting a culture of excellence.
- Logistics and Inventory: Coordinate business logistics, including finished products, waste, and recycling, and manage off-site warehouses to maintain consistent standards.
- Quality and Safety: Collaborate with the Quality Manager to ensure adherence to business accreditations, monitor and enforce Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality requirements, and create reports as needed.
- Project Management: Develop and implement warehouse and health and safety projects, including lean warehousing and computer literacy initiatives.
