Job Title: Kitchen Porter

A constituent college of the University of Cambridge is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their well-established and friendly team as a Kitchen Porter.

This prestigious location in Cambridge offers a core feeding of breakfast, lunch, evening meal, all-day café, and high-end hospitality. The role is a year-round contract operating 7 days a week, with a 5-day work pattern out of 7.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to assist our chefs with food preparation, cooking, and presentation. You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, utensils, and appliances.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and be able to demonstrate a good understanding and use of verbal English. Prior experience in a customer or food preparation environment is preferred but not necessary, as full training will be provided.
