We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Administrator to join our team at a leading educational institution in Kent. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and training to our diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the administration and processing of all college examinations and papers
  • Support the scheduling, resourcing, and administration of onsite assessment centres
  • Coordinate and support the resourcing of additional support and access arrangements for all college examinations
  • Communicate examination notifications to students and dispatch certificates
  • Data collation and data entry
  • Cover for colleagues when necessary
Requirements
  • Experience working with students in an educational setting is essential
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to work in a respectful and confidential professional manner
  • Comfortable using IT/MS Office products and working knowledge of safeguarding for students and young adults
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A background in providing good customer service experience is essential to this role
  • Empathy is a base requirement for this role
  • Must have an Enhanced DBS in place preferably on the update service
