Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Administrator to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our patient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the efficient management of patient queries and referrals, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, consultants, and staff, maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Manage referrals from the Referral Management Centre, adhering to the 18-week Referral to Treatment timescales and ensuring seamless patient journeys.
Requirements
  • Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
  • Basic financial awareness.
  • Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment.
