Clinical Assessor

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Clinical Assessor to join our team at TPS Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments for the Troubles Permanent Disablement Payment Scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet face-to-face with applicants to review medical evidence and determine the permanence of their condition.
- Seek additional medical evidence from GPs and other healthcare professionals as required.
- Compile comprehensive reports to support the Victims' Payments Board in its decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' post-registration experience.
- Fully registered with the NMC without sanction or conditions of practice.
- Demonstrable background in Mental Health or Psychiatric speciality.
- Ability to work at pace, set boundaries, and manage conversations.
