About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to adults with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to service users
- Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualised care plans
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Full driving licence and ability to use company vehicles
- Experience in a caring environment preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
