Support Worker Nights Children

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team at CareTech UK. As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with learning disabilities, Autism, and epilepsy.
About the Role:
- Provide person-centered care and support to children with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience in a residential childcare environment (desirable)
- Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification (desirable)
- Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Driver (company vehicle provided during working hours)
