Job Summary:

Service Care Solutions is supporting a reputable non-profit provider in their recruitment efforts for a Recovery Outreach Specialist. This organization has a long history of supporting individuals with addictions and takes pride in providing exceptional care and support. They are seeking a dedicated individual with experience working with individuals struggling with substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct assessments with service users
* Support individuals from point of entry
* Provide screening, assessment, and recovery plans
* Deliver one-to-one interventions
* Complete outreach in the community for hard-to-reach service users

Requirements:

* Experience working within the substance misuse field
* Awareness of health issues related to substance misuse
* Experience with key working and care planning
