Main Responsibilities- Fundraising: Develop and implement a community fundraising strategy to meet agreed targets, working closely with the Head of Fundraising and the Trustees.
- Community Fundraising: Plan, coordinate, and deliver a community fundraising program to meet agreed targets, including identifying opportunities and liaising with local clubs, businesses, and societies.
- Volunteer Coordination: Research, write, and regularly review volunteer policies and procedures, including risk assessments, relating to all aspects of volunteering.
- Volunteer Management: Identify appropriate volunteering opportunities and match with volunteers who possess the right skills for the role, providing inductions and training as needed.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in managing individuals and teams.
- Events management and community fundraising involvement desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
