Dunluce Lodge, a 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping department. This crucial role ensures that all guest accommodations and public areas reflect the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
- Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain top-quality cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage inventories of cleaning supplies and linens, adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to enforce cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel or luxury resort setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
