Customer Service Coordinator

Black Fox Solutions is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer/Sales Administrator in our Ballymena office.
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role, who possesses sound IT skills and is able to work effectively in an office environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with customers on their orders, order qualification and processing, liaising with internal teams through to delivery, and liaising with logistics providers. They will also be required to produce monthly customer reports and undertake general office administration tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with customers to ensure their orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively
- Qualifying and processing orders in a timely manner
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery
- Liaising with logistics providers to ensure prompt and efficient delivery
- Producing monthly customer reports to provide insight into sales performance
- Undertaking general office administration tasks as required
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £26,000 per annum, based on national averages for similar roles in the area.
