Job Summary:
Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, providing permanent, freelance, or retained services to meet their recruitment needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the region, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing ones.
- Source high-quality candidates through various channels, including our CRM database, industry networks, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with their ideal roles, ensuring a perfect fit for both parties.
- Produce detailed candidate profiles and introduce them to relevant clients, facilitating successful placements.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments, utilizing this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
