We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Station Team Leader at Scarborough train station.

About the Role

As a Part Time Station Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the station customer experience team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will be a role model of customer service excellence, providing visible leadership and encouraging high employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the station customer experience team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure the station runs safely and efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Manage absence, performance, and recruitment activities

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Friendly and approachable manner
  • Good maths and English
  • Good computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft packages
  • Supervisory experience including absence management, performance management, and recruitment activities
