Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not present, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the bakery during the Manager's absence, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our loyal customers.
  • Assist with food preparation, store cleanliness, and other tasks as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Team leader experience or experience in hospitality/retail with a willingness to step into a managerial role.
  • Availability to work a range of shifts, including mornings and afternoons, with flexibility to accommodate your needs.
